If You Have An Rv And Its In A Trailerpark, Do You Have To Carry Insurance?

a couple of months ago i bought an rv to live in. i have it hooked up so its not being driven. so my question is , in order to keep my registration from being revoked must i file a non-op or whats the deal?

  3. It would help to know what state you’re in. Laws vary from state to state. In Texas if you don’t register it for a period of time nothing is said or done. If after that you want to register the vehicle again all you have to do is provide proof of current insurance and declare that the vehicle was not used during the months or years of non registration.
