How did you get started?
I’ve been working two minimum-wage jobs for three years and I still don’t make enough money to save for a car, insurance or hospital visits. I am already in debt to my hospital for $3000 for one visit but they haven’t even started garnishing my wages yet. I live in an RV in a trailer park and can’t spend any money on anything except rent and bus fare. What the hell am I doing wrong? I see other people my age shopping at malls, wearing nice clothes, how the hell can they do it? Drugs? Stock market? What?

Hopefully your annual salary is low enought that you could qualify for grants so that you can go to college. Try getting your RN, many schools offer a 2 year accelerated course for that and the money pretty good. Also consider education. Teachers often complain about the pay, but I have never seen anyone with better pensions than teachers.
Education is the key out of poverty.

Look for a lucrative and better job. Alternatively, think of earning through extra work. Don’t look at others. You concentrate in your target of earning more money through right ways. You will succeed. All the best to you!

You will never be comfortable financially with minimum wage jobs, it just isn’t enough money. You need to get training in something specific like nursing or computers.
