A minivan rental car backed into my motorcycle today and caused a whole bunch of damage.

Involved In A Motorcycle Accident With No Insurance?
I was involved in a motorcycle accident about 3 months ago and just got the settlement for my bike. Unfortunately I did not have insurance and have not been working because I had bad road rash and a separated shoulder from the accident. How do I go about getting loss of wages or is it to late. The doctor gave me paper work saying i should not lift objects with that arm. I did not have a job because I quit and was about to start a new one when the accident happened.
