What Options Do I Have After Cats Lived In My Winterized Boat For 6 Months (urine, Fecal Matter Nightmare)?
Cats were living in my boat over the winter and it is just destroyed! They peed, pooped and left rabbit carcuses everywhere! I know the best option will be to replace the carpet and possibly do some reupholstering, but that’s going to be expensive. The boat is 20-years old with a brand new motor, and is (other than the cat damage) in new condition. I’m still waiting to hear from my insurance company but my gut feeling is that I’ll be S.O.L. and stuck footing the bill for repairs. I’ll leave the name of the insurance company out of this email but can anyone tell me of a good company to be insured with? I’ve had trouble in the past with this company and probably should have went elsewhere. I need a “no questions asked, we’ll write a check for the repairs” kind of insurance company because I’ve had to fight for any claims submitted in the past.

Office Space Cheap? Idea: Buying An Rv? After Hours Access?
I need an office for a home business-consulting-and don’t make enough to take the risk of signing a one year lease. I have been considering buying a cheap RV (27 foot) to convert as an office, but storage places have gate hours and my appts. are in the evening. Plus, what about insurance-is there additional if you use it as a business “office”? I don’t know anything about this, but I am trying creative ideas that are cheap if/when appts. are slow and money isn’t coming in at times. I have considered bartering office space for help, too. Can You Cancel Motorcycle Insurance After 6 Months While Still Paying Lease?
When you get a motorcycle financed and the bank requires the owner to get full insurance coverage on your bike. Lets say if I were to cancel my insurance after couple of months because of some reason and not have any policy for next year. Will the bank find out and penalize me until I get one?
Or can I get away with that?
