Should Obama Be Charged With War Crimes?

We find that he ordered the killing of those teens the administration and New York Times termed ‘pirates.’
These so-called pirates had never killed a hostage before and the insurance had already been paid by the American flagged vessel to pay off those that may be taken hostage.
It was simply a matter of time where the insurance company could secure the Capitan’s release, however Obama went in with guns blazing like John Wane killing all those teens on the boat.
Shouldn’t this bloodthirsty guy be charged with war crimes for killing those starving teens?
