Can My Auto Insurance Company Place A Claim On My Record By Simply Calling To Ask A Question?
I was in my boyfriend’s truck and backed into our garage door. I called my auto ins. to ask if I needed to make a claim or if he did since it was his truck. They said he should, and he did. I recently was getting ins. quotes and found out it is on my record, even though his insurance paid for the damages.

How Long Does It Take For An Auto Insurance Company To Investigate And Claim Liability?
My daughter was in a car accident on Feb. 25. She was traveling straight in the southbound lane, when a rushing man in the northbound lane turned left in front of her. The driver admitted that he was upset because he had been following a school bus for the last 20 minutes and his friend, whom he was trying to pick up, was late for work. He stated that when he saw the driveway that he cut from behind the bus to turn in then realized from the skidding that he turned in front of a car. His insurance company is still investigating and waiting for pics of the scene and his friends statement. I was told by his insurance company (USAA) that witnesses not listed on the police report could not be used, but his friend is not on the police report and they are waiting for her statement. NC State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and the driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way. The driver was apologetic and admitted several times around a number of people that he must have blanked out or was daydreaming from the frustration of the school bus. USAA is saying that they need to make sure that my daughter was not 1% at fault, meaning speeding perhaps. The officer estimated her speed at impact at around 40 mph and the speed limit is 55mph. She hit the drivers back tire of his Jeep Wrangler (small truck) causing him to rest in a small trench or ditch ion the side of the attempted driveway. The front passenger side above the front tire and the front by the headlight is damaged on her car. She tried to avoid him, protect her younger sister (13) and avoid veering to much left in fear of hitting the school bus. My girls were terrified when I arrived 15 minutes after the accident. USAA stated that she may have had time to instanly stop, but she tried everything that she could do. In my opinion, she should have never been put into that situation. USAA is saying that points of contact are off, but my insurance agent said that she hit the back tire because a Jeep Wrangler is only 5 ft long and he was not towing a boat or driving a common sized vehicle. Plus the driver admitted to pushing down on the accelerator when he realized what was happening. I just need to have someones advice on this matter before hiring a lawyer. Thank you.

I have since spoken to my phone insurance company to find out about the incorrect bar dates. Basically my IMEI numbers did not match when my insurance company called my network provider but this is becuase this is my second handset and they still have the details from my first phone so this is not a problem. My only problem is the second point. I was on holiday (America) when I lost my phone and I lost it overboard on a boat. I didnt call the police because I knew the phone would be damaged and irretraceable unless your a deep sea diver??
Can anybody help me with my appeal? Do I stand a good chance of winning?

Should I Hire A Lawyer To Handle My Insurance Claim?
my house burnt to the ground a week and a half ago, I was out of town and we lost everything we owned except some clothing. The fire marshal came out that night and told me that it was suspicious but the cause would probably never be determined. When I went in to see the insurance company they treated me like some kind of criminal, here I am having lost everything that I own. By the time I left I was just beside myself, they wanted to dig into every aspect of my life, they wanted me to go to the gambling boat and get a print out of how much money I have spent there. And they just kept saying, do you see why this doesn’t look good for you!!! Can they make me do things like that? They twisted around everything I said, THEN to top it off, he said that it would take a while to settle my claim becuase it was suspicious, when asked how long, he said, ” well it just depends on how much you turn in” Like if I don’t turn in all my personal property they will pay the claim!!

Sister’s Boyfriend Drove His Boat Up An Embankment. She Got Hurt. Can She Make A Claim Against His Insur. Co.

How Do I Make An Auto Insurance Claim For Scratches Through Auto Owners?
I bought a used car a few months ago that had a near flawless finish. Over the past few months it’s been scratched several times by my nephew on his bike.
