Can I Take This To Small Claims Court?
My brother bought a 3,000 dollar boat trailer on his credit card for me because I could not qualify for financing. I made weekly paymets to his credit card from my checking account. online transfer right to his credit card account
I paid off his credit card in full.
He held title till I paid it off.
Now I try to call him for my title he wont answer phone, wont return my calls. To make things worse he now lives in different state.
Can I sue him in small claims court?
He was living in Florida at the time we made deal
which is where I live. But now he live in Maine.
So which state I file against him?
I feel I have no other choice. I cant sell trailer or register it. I need paperwork to have it covered on insurance.

Can I Get A Discount On Car Insurance With A Motorcycle No Claims Bonus?
I passed my CBT 3 years and and passed my full motorcycle test 2 years ago. I have never had any claims or convictions. Tomorrow I will hopefully be passing my practical car test. I want to know if there are any insurers that will take my motorcycle no claims into consideration when quoting me for car insurance so that I can get it cheaper.

Do I Need To Declare Claims From Unrelated Policies On An Insurance Application?
I have a claim pending on one boat insurance policy and am about to renew a policy for a different boat. The renewal asks “Is there a Claim pending?” and “Provide details of previous claims and/or unrepaired damages.” It seems to me this is asking only about the boat covered by this policy. Do I need to declare the claim related to the other boat not on this policy?
