Cheap Car Insurance For New Drivers?
I have been looking at quotes for car insurance today and whilst i hold a UK provisional license, i can get a fully comp quote of about £450 a year. However, when i pass my test and look for a quote (even 3rd party) i cannot find one for under £1500! Does anyone know of a company that offers cheap car insurance to new drivers (about £500 to £1000)

thier are places that have insurance for new drivers for like £100 or something like that. at the moment car insurance for me is £2000 and thats just a rip off i need cheaper options !
