Who Offers Free Legal Advice In Austin, Tx?
rented out my rv with a contract, returned totaled on inside. payoff is less than NADA (from what I’ve been able to look up online). the unit was/is 2007 travel trailer. The renter is proposing payoff, but what about my investment? should I get my insurance co. involved and will it result in something other than just payoff with me at a complete loss, as to future rentals that werealready booked, and personal usage that has been planned for a year that now I have to rent a unit myself to attend?

Florida State Required auto insurance limits are not nearly enough insurance to carry especially if you live in a larger city in florida. What is a good acceptable liability limit to carry on my vehicles?

Car Rental Insurance – What Is The Legal Minimum Required?
I currently have a US Drivers license, and a car, with insurance. I am about to sell my car, and will be cruising on my boat, returning to the USA several times a year, and when necessary will rent a car. BUT since I will not have auto insurance with my current car – what are the LEGAL minimum insurance options I need for a rental car – and is there any way to purchase that outside of the rental company? I don’t fancy paying $30 a day for insurance… But I don’t want to break the law of find problems in the event of an accident

Im Planing On Making My Atv Street Legal? Arizona?
my “ARIZONA CERTIFICATE OF TITLE” says nothing about off road use only so that’s easy. once its Street legal will they give me a new license plate that says MO(motorcycle)? because mine at the moment says RV (recreational vehicle) i believe is it means . any idea how much insurance i would be paying? o and my atv use motor oil for the engine and tranny its semi-automatic 06 honda TRX could using it on the streets cause overheating? if so i can swap the oil cooler for a bigger one it has a fan also for when its in idle? could running to cool be bad? thanks for your time in reading this and THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSES!

Legal Advise – My Parked Car Was Hit?
I was vacuuming my car (passenger side) at the local service station, well away from any road or marked laneway, and was hit on the open passenger door by someone driving a large RV. The insurance company said I may absorb some or all of the blame because my passenger door was open. It was not in a laneway but off to the side at the service stations far edge – I was not blocking anyone. My car was not moving.
Is there any truth to this???? It seems incredible to me that someone can hit a parked car’s door and not be at fault. Especially as I was well off to the side by the fence at the perimeter of the lot.
Any thoughts? I am from BC Canada and deal with ICBC.
