What Can A Person Do To Get Out Of The Darkness Or Depression.?
I have bipolar disorder and with treatment functioned excellently at home and on the job for sixteen years. I stopped taking my meds about five years ago and functioned ok, but started having trouble lately. Im’ back on the meds but can’t snap out of it. I can’t think or make decisions, don’t want to clean house or wash dishes and have lost interest in former enjoyable activities. I used to enjoy getting up early and making breakfast and going out in the boat fishing or just cruising, now i have no interest in that and just sit at home and worry since my car was repossed yesterday, and i am about to be evicted for my home and my disability insurance ran out. I have been in this situation twice before and had a hard time, no interest in anything and no ideas on how to get out of this mess. I feel guilty for not working and supporting my wife , especially since now we could end up on the street with no home or car, if i go to work, I will be fired, i don’t even have a way to work
