I need a new auto insurance company, Allstate just raised my rates through the roof. But I don’t want it to be an unreliable company that will drop me for one little crack in my winshield. Universal Health Care, a la Hillary, would be a complete disaster to our ecomony. Yet, some people think it is a God-given right, and not a privilege.
How about this: don’t buy the biggest house, the SUV, every toy available (boat, vacation home, RV, off-road racers, etc.), stop shopping for the latest trends …
Instead, save, invest, work your money, so you can buy insurance and be grateful that the MD you end up seeing actually wants to practice medicine and wasn’t brought into med school on affirmative action.

I would be starting out using my new diesel p/up and my 25′ 14000# rated dovetail gooseneck. I want to be legal in Tx and the rest of the U.S. as well as obtain the proper commercial insurance coverage. I already have some “inside” contacts w/ an auto manufacturer, some oil/gas companies, boating and RV’s, tractor dealerships and even some contacts in the rodeo/horse trailer business. My auto insurance company told me that if I’m in an accident and I don’t have enough auto insurance I can be sued and possibly lose my home. I never heard of anyone losing their home because of an auto accident. If I have a good driving record, how much insurance do I really need and can I really lose my home if I don’t have enough? and how do you collect from someone who doesn’t have any insurance? It seems stupid to carry uninsured insurance if I can sue someone for damages.
